NCC is a pre spray that is a low moisture soil encapsulant which is perfect for interim maintenance. NCC is a combination of detergent components with a unique crystallizing polymer that emulsifies both dry and oily embedded soils and then encapsulates these soil particles for easy removal with a vacuum.
